Want a copy of material on this site?
Although all materials on this site are written by and copyrighted by Ministry Tools Resource Center, you are permitted to print a limited number of copies of a page or two under the following conditions:
- You must keep the copyright information on the page. You should also include the page address from which it was taken and the phrase 'copied by permission.'
- You may not put it on another web site.
- You may not put it into any other digital format to be distributed.
- You may not put it into any format that will be sold. Only a limited number of quotes of select material may be included in anything you might publish and then it must be properly attributed to Ministry Tools Resource Center.
If you are interested in a hard copy of a more extensive section of the MinTools.com site, you will need to purchase that section of the site either as a hard copy or as a PDF download. If you would like more than one copy, you must purchase a Multiple Copying License which will enable you to copy up to the number in the license from the original at a reduced cost. To purchase a license, you must first buy an original at regular cost.
In most cases the sections will include the content on the site and often additional material.

Good Faith: Ministry Tools Resource Center cannot police your adherence to this agreement and is therefore trusting your integrity before God to abide by these terms.
Attribution: Ministry Tools Resource Center holds the rights to this material and stipulates that all copies of any/all pages must contain the copyright information located at the bottom of each page.
Non-Commercial: Ministry Tools Resource Center does not herein grant permission for this material to be put in a format that will be sold or distributed for any kind of profit, no matter how small that profit might be.
Non-derivative: Ministry Tools Resource Center expects that the material will be kept intact, as is, and the content not altered. Only print, hard copies may be made of the material. The material may not be loaded in any form onto a web site or sent as an e-mail.
Representations, Warranties, and Disclaimers:
This material is being purchased as is with no warranties of any kind. Ministry Tools Resource Center cannot be responsible for the effectiveness of this material in your particular setting. This license and its terms pertain to the person who purchased the material at the time it was purchased. Ministry Tools Resource Center maintains the right to release licenses in the future with different terms and/or cost. In purchasing a subsequent license for additional copies, you will abide by the new license terms and costs.
Termination of License:
A breach of license would be failure to make attribution, using the material for commercial purposes, making derivative or altered works from it, and/or copying more than the licensed number of copies. While this kind of license requires the extension of good faith toward you, it is expected that you adhere to the terms of this license as one more accountable to God than to Ministry Tools Resource Center.
