Payment Options:
- You may pay by credit card. Simply click on the 'add to cart' button found after each item. Ministry Tools Resource Center uses a secure authorized online credit card company, called PayPal, which runs in the background unless you intentionally choose the yellow PayPal button to use an account you have set up with them. When you receive your monthly statement for your credit card, the name as PayPal-MinTools or Ministry Tools will appear for this purchase.
If you have a question about your order status, you should contact us at the Ministry Tools Resource Center.
- You may pay by check. You will need to print the order form and mail it with a check or money order made payable to "Ministry Tools Resource Center." Payment must accompany the order and must be in U.S. funds. If you pay by money order, the order should be shipped within 24 hours of receipt except for weekends. If you pay by personal check, there may be a 4-5 day wait for the check to clear the bank. There will be a $20 charge for any check returned for insufficient funds.
Tax Charges & Exemptions:
Tax is only charged on orders within Pennsylvania.
If you are ordering for a non-profit organization within Pennsylvania, using that organization's information under billing during checkout, you can be exempt from sales tax if you provide us with your tax exemption number. Include the information in the special instructions when placing the order and any tax charged to you will be credited back. If you set up an account during the checkout process, we can code your account as tax exempt for future orders.
Return Policy:
If you need to return merchandise, please contact us first. We will try to resolve any problem. If a return is necessary, we will communicate how to increase the potential of getting the material back in resalable condition so you can be refunded.
Great care is taken in how orders are packaged and shipped. In the event, however, that an order is received damaged or incorrect, we will gladly replace the order and reimburse the cost of shipping it back. It should be sent back using the inside packaging in which it came or similar. The order should be returned by Media Mail if within the United States.
Any other return would be assessed a 10% handling charge and must be received here within 30 days of purchase in resalable condition in order to get refunded. That means you must return merchandise with the same care with which it was sent to you. It should be returned using the inside packaging in which it came or similar. You will be refunded once it is received back here for the cost of the merchandise only less the handling charge.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the costs involved and the potential of material not getting back here in resalable condition, we are not able to send material out on a preview basis. If you have questions, please ask before purchasing.
Shipping & Handling Rates:
Shipping is based on the cost of your order and the country to which it is shipped. You have opportunity to click on a "calculate shipping" link in the view cart page before providing any personal information. You can also use the following table to determine your rate based on where the order is being shipped and how you would like it shipped. Shipping times are approximations and do not include the day the order was placed, weekends, and holidays.
Only orders within the U.S. have a choice on the mode of shipment. Because you can only purchase books or CD's on our site, we are able to offer you the choice of Priority Mail (2-4 business days) or Media Mail (5-10+ days).
Media Mail can be unpredictable and therefore is not recommended for orders with a deadline.
The further you are from Pennsylvania, the longer Media Mail will take to arrive. Although Media Mail should take from 5-10 days, it has been known to take longer.
Orders to Canada usually take 7-15 business days. Orders will generally be shipped by U.S. First Class Mail International.
Orders to other countries could take 2-6 weeks, often depending on what transpires once the mail arrives in your country. Orders will generally be shipped by U.S. First Class Mail International. We cannot give any guarantees on the arrival of materials and shipping costs are very high so we strongly recommend ordering downloads instead. With downloads you will not have shipping costs, you get the items immediately, and we are able to help you if there is a problem downloading.
You will receive an e-mail informing you of when the order was shipped along with a delivery confirmation number. Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours of receipt during business days.
