How a teacher thinks and learns best will affect both the way he/she prepares and presents lessons.  How students think and learn best will vary within the same group of students and for many students, it will be different from the teacher's learning style.  Consequently teachers need to structure lessons to allow for the use of students' learning styles.  Students will learn best using their styles of learning, not the teacher's.  At the same time, teachers should not park themselves at the door when they teach.
